  • APPLE SPICE CAKE- Fresh Apple Cake served warm with vanilla ice cream topped with maple syrup sauce
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING (our most famous dessert) - served warm topped with vanilla ice cream & a side of raspberry sauce
  • CARROT CAKE - A very moist cake made with fresh carrots topped with a cream cheese icing served warm with vanilla ice cream.
  • CHOCOLATE PARFAIT- moist chocolate cake topped with fresh seasonal berries then filled with chocolate ganache
  • STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE- Angel food cake with marscapone cheese, whipped cream and fresh strawberries
  • CRÈME BRULE- a traditional baked custard topped with caramelized sugar and whipped cream

    *All of our desserts are made fresh daily in the Ruggles kitchen. We garnish almost all of them with a combination of different sauces. We use Raspberry, Chocolate, Mango, and Crème Anglaise (Vanilla) for the majority of our plates. Most are also garnished with a cookie and a dark chocolate twill, a fanned Strawberry and a sprig of mint.
    *We make all of our sorbets and ice creams right here in the Ruggles kitchen!
